Google+ has a complete new look and feel less than one year after it launched by invitation only. This redesign was shared by Vic Gundotra who wrote that “More than 170 million people have upgraded to Google+, enjoying new ways to share in Search, Gmail, YouTube and lots of other places.”

If you go to plus.google.com you’ll see a new sign in page to sign in with your Gmail account. The +You is what you see if you have not logged in.

After the Google, +You screen, there is a set of image and links that display starting with Google Plus Circles. There is a YouTube link which has been added below for your convenience.

Next up is Google Plus Hangouts

Then there’s Google Plus Photos which are part of Google Picasa platform.

Last we see Mobile which is Google Play and App Store.
