So what does this have to do with WEBINARS?

René has it right: “customers want to work with someone they can relate to, not just buy from. ”

Webinars bring you closer to your customers.  Webinars have massive value for multiple reasons. There is a place for webinars but they do not replace live meeting, live events, and simple get togethers. Coffee, golf, dinner, seminars, meet-ups, surfing, or any other form of fun will work.

If you can meet with your customers – do it.

If you can meet prospective customers – do it. 

If you can meet and network with joint venture partners and deal brokers – do it.

It may sound like a Nike “Just Do It” ad but face to face is better than Facebook.  Better than skype. Better than email and text messages.

We have a greater liking towards people who have met in person.

In the end, it all has to do with Relationship Riches™.
