The size of your company is not a factor.  In fact, the larger you are, the harder it
will hit you.

Doing over $100 million a year didn’t save this guy.  His company was fried
within weeks, and he has for the past 12 months worked FULL TIME (along with a
full time staff) doing nothing but defending the law suit that threatens to end
all of direct marketing as we know it.

THIS UNKNOWN FTC LAWSUIT HAS THE POTENTIAL TO PUT YOU OUT OF BUSINESS

·This is a lawsuit by the FTC to attempt to ban the use of ANY testimonial from
ANY source, in EVERY direct marketing channel …

·The FTC brought this suit for a number of reasons:

REASON ONE – after years of attempting to get this enacted into law through
legislative channels, the powers that be decided a “common law” precedent
would be the way to go.

REASON TWO – They picked on us because they believed we were strong enough
in the market to be able to finance a lawsuit in court AND LOSE thus giving them
the powers they want.

·Their goal is to outlaw the use of testimonials – NOT just in the infomercial world,
but in all direct marketing channels – direct mail, online webinars, email marketing,
PPC, radio, website sales pages, everything where testimonials are regularly used

·If the FTC succeeds, they will have common law grounds to outlaw EVERY POSSIBLE FORM
of using a testimonial to market a product …

·Additionally, they will have established the legal grounds to go after and sue YOUR CLIENTS
if they provide a testimonial …

All told, this will literally kill off to a large extent direct marketing as we know it.

You cannot afford to miss this revealing – and quite frankly – scary information session
with the defendant in the lawsuit and his lead attorney.
