Not this company.

Within days of getting hit with a 20-year injunction against making unsubstantiated claims, they came out swinging at the FTC with one of the most aggressive campaigns ever dared.

* They ran print ads in The New York and LA Times.

* They bought banners on the home pages of CNN, The Huffington Post and The New York Times.

* And, in the ultimate move with moxie, they put up a website counterattacking the injunction by the Federal Trade Commission by using the very statements of the Chief Administrative Law Judge as ringing product endorsements.

Can anyone really get away with this against the universally feared FTC?
