Likes UP: The Webinar Way Live or Automated?

Is it possible to use an automated webinar system that has the same feel as a live webinar?

Every webinar platform is different so what makes it feel “live” is different for each one.  Probably the chat and questions feature are the biggest components and if you have a moderator who is handling the questions while during an automated webinar so they are answered, more or less in real time, then the convenience of choosing when to participate in the webinar is a real benefit.
