Likes UP: Klout Revisited
Klout is now kaput.
Effective, May 25, 2018, Lithium.com has sunset the Klout service and its website and service are now closed.
The Klout acquisition provided Lithium with valuable artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning capabilities, but Klout as a standalone service is now closed. To the loyal Klouters – keep influencing!
Today’s Klout quest reminded me it was time to revisit Klout. The quest is asking you to use your Klout influence to share information on your social networks.
So far, I have earned 30 achievements on Klout. It’s the law of diminishing returns on effort and automation makes those who are most efficient the biggest “winners.” A study published last fall reported that twenty thousand users on Twitter provide half of what’s read there.
