Klout is now kaput.

Effective, May 25, 2018, Lithium.com has sunset the Klout service and its website and service are now closed.

The Klout acquisition provided Lithium with valuable artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning capabilities, but Klout as a standalone service is now closed. To the loyal Klouters – keep influencing!

Klout Influence K+ Score Rising

Klout score measures social influence. My score = 71 as of this blog post and it increased from 10 days ago as you can see on the YouTube video. The Klout score is out of 100. The Klout Score is a single number that represents the aggregation of multiple pieces of data about your social media activity. Previous versions giving Klout users a title (i.e. Klout Broadcaster, Klout Thought Leader) have been disbanded with the new look and algorithm. Wired Magazine said, “Klout may be ridiculed by those who find it obnoxious or silly or both, but it is aiming to become one of the pillars of social media.”
